Software we built for the books we keep.
Every tool here came out of a real close — a problem we hit doing the accounting ourselves, that no off-the-shelf product solved honestly. All four are live and in daily use.
EasyCom
Marketplace payouts → balanced, month-split journal entries. Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Authorize.net. Ties to the bank deposit to the cent or it is refused.
Settl
Accounts-receivable chasing that does the follow-up for you: every open invoice tracked, every reminder sent on schedule, every reply logged, until it is paid.
SchoolSync
School fee ledger: students, fee plans, invoices, receipts, discounts and defaulter lists — one book that reconciles itself every month.
ShopSync
Counter billing and stock for a shop: invoices, returns, purchases and stock that stays correct after every sale — no spreadsheet behind the till.
LedgerBridge
The settlement engine under EasyCom: multi-channel payout ingestion, fee mapping and balanced journal output. Licensed to firms that want the engine, not the app.
Which one is for you
| If you run | You want |
|---|---|
| An ecommerce seller on one or more marketplaces | EasyCom |
| A firm chasing receivables across many clients | Settl |
| A school with fee plans, discounts and defaulters | SchoolSync |
| A shop billing at the counter | ShopSync |
EasyCom — in detail
EasyCom
Marketplace payouts → balanced, month-split journal entries. Connect Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy or Authorize.net and the settlement pulls itself. Every journal ties to the bank deposit to the cent, or it is refused.
| Check | Result |
|---|---|
| Tie to bank deposit | 0.00 variance |
| Debits = Credits | enforced |
| Month split | by transaction date |
| Unmapped fee | blocks the journal |
What it actually does
1. Pulls the settlement
Store credentials or API keys, entered inside the app. No file downloads, no developer, no CSV shuffling.
2. Splits the payout
Sales, shipping, refunds, every fee type, and marketplace-collected tax are separated — the deposit is never booked as revenue.
3. Posts to the month
Each transaction lands in the month it happened, cash in the month it arrived. Export as QBO or Xero journal, or CSV.
The one rule
Every journal is constrained by the bank:
Channels
| Channel | How you connect | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon | SP-API app + refresh token | live |
| Shopify | Admin API token or one-click OAuth | live |
| WooCommerce | Consumer key + secret | live |
| Authorize.net | API login + transaction key | live |
| Etsy | OAuth app | in progress |
